
RSVP OFFER
When invitation suites are purchased through Heritage and Handcrafts, clients will receive an
offer which is free.

The RSVP offer includes a password protected form and personalised QR code in which your guests will simply scan and complete. If you require both day and evening invitations I will always offer 2 separate QR codes and forms to avoid confusion.

This will take the hassle and stress out of gathering all your responses together.

How does it work?
I will create both the form and QR code for you. You will decide the password, and what questions you wish to ask guests. I will provide generic questioning and you will have the option to opt into this or create your own set of questions.

The QR code will then be generated and printed onto your RSVP card.
​
Your guest will simply scan the QR code after receiving their invitation suite and confirm their attendance, menu choice (if applicable), allergy and/or dietary requirements, and any other question you may wish to have asked for example a song choice.​

Once your guest submits their response, you will then receive an email with a PDF document with their answers, meaning you can keep track if you wish.

Upon your deadline date for responses I will contact you and ask whether you wish to close your QR code. If you opt to close on the date, I will then pull together a full Excel spreadsheet with all your responses and information submitted.

This document will then be emailed to your chosen email address and you will be able to share with the relevant vendors/suppliers, such as your venue.

At any point you can contact me and ask for an update in which I will share the spreadsheet with you.

There is no restriction on extending your deadline date for those guests who may be late in responding, all I ask is to make me aware.
